PayTrust Sucks

It is not often I write about a company, but, when their customer service borders deplorable, enough is enough. Such is the case with PayTrust.com. An on-line bill-payment service, the service flat out stinks. Their "customer service" representatives are arogant and never follow up desptie promises.

Their "research department" is a joke! Problems are always someone elses. I can write forever, but, let's hear what you have to say. Please provide your experiences here and if you know of any free on-line bill-payment services that are good, please share.
